Albecq provides Issuer Services and private wealth fiduciary services from Guernsey. We establish and administer Issuer structures supporting Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs), Trackers, Credit Linked Notes (CLNs) and bespoke investment solutions. Our private wealth practice establishes and administers trusts, companies, foundations and partnerships for international families, family offices and their advisers.

The objectives we help our clients achieve may be very different, but our approach remains the same. We start by understanding what clients want to achieve, then apply our experience to create and administer structures designed around that purpose. As circumstances change, we work to ensure those structures continue to serve their purpose.
